Positive: Very quiet area. A long bath curtain was positioned to give more elbow room. Although I don't like bathtubs, this one still made the upper half of the four apartments I stayed in. Wonderfully fluffy bathrobes, too. There are a few kiosks nearby for any daily shopping needs. The apartment felt spacious, and the yard looks great.

Negative: Walking distance is a bit far to mall, beach, and other areas. There are some restaurants nearby, but not many. On the last day I only heated shower water for 15 min, which wasn't enough for overnight - but the rest of the time, the showers were hot (better than half the apartments I stayed in).

Positive: Lemon tree in the garden was the most Amazing thing!! We also liked that the house had everything we needed for our stay, all toiletries, tableware, kitchenware. It felt like home.

Negative: The house did not have a swimming pool on the property, which we could not understand from the advertisement. We had to go to the swimming pool area 5 houses away on the same block, which was not as convenient as we were expecting. Also the bedroom was pretty noisy and we could hear neighbors very good, especially during the night whenever someone coughed or went to the bathroom, etc.

Summary: Overall the stay was very good, cozy and enjoyable.

Positive: The location is excellent, away from all of the hussle/bussle but only 5 minutes walk to the nearest shop and 15 minutes to the nearest big supermarket. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the harbour front. There is an excellent restaurant (Pambis Diner) approx 10 minutes walk away with a great choice of food and beer at reasonable prices. The garden is full of little surprises and gets the sun all day. The house itself is exactly like the photos, everything works and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances you could wish for with air con in the main room downstairs and in the two bedrooms (the main bedroom also has a safe which was a bonus) upstairs. There was a bottle of water and coke in the fridge and a bowl of fruit ready for our arrival. The wifi is excellent with a signal all through the house. We didn't use the tv so can't comment on that. All in all we can't wait to return.

Negative: Absolutely nothing, everything was what we had hoped for, we honestly couldn't give any downsides to the property.

Summary: Highly recommended property with no downsides for us.

Positive: Host was really great at communicating and sent very clear arrival instructions. Was there to welcome us and even had a welcome basket of fruit and some drinks. They also left extra items like toys for the baby - really great service and the house had everything we needed, was super clean and good location. The pool was empty always so it felt very private and overall it was a really nice villa. Thank you
